INTERSOS is a humanitarian organization that works all over the world bringing assistance to people in danger victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts.

INTERSOS, with its own humanitarian operators, intervenes to effectively meet the needs of people in crisis, with a particular attention to the vulnerable groups, as women and children. It provides first aid, food, shelter, medical assistance and basic goods. It ensures that basic needs, as education, clean water and health, are met.

Italian Red Cross (ItRC) strives to provide communities with an effective and timely response during national and international emergencies. The ItRC is part of the national system of Civil Protection. It organizes structures and health services during major events and educates populations to the best practises and behaviours to adopt before, during and after a disastrous event. Moreover, ItRC plans and executes interventions to rescue and recovery of missing persons through special equipment and techniques.

EMERGENCY provides free, high-quality medical and surgical care to victims of war, poverty and landmines, alongside building hospitals and training local medical and non-medical staff.

Founded in Italy in 1994, EMERGENCY has treated 10 million people in 18 different countries and currently operates hospitals in Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Iraq, Italy, Sierra Leone, Sudan and Uganda.

Think Global is an Italian based consultancy firm sharing a consolidated experience in international projects and technical consultancy in developing countries. Its activities are focused on project management, business planning and capacity building in various sector including health, industry, energy and agriculture; working in collaboration with profit and non-profit partners, the mission of Think Global is to bring innovation and development to emerging economies through a social impact-oriented business development design.

Save the Children is an international organisation funded 100 years ago which works for saving children at risk and improving their lives around the world. With 25,000 dedicated staff across 120 countries, we respond to major emergencies, we work to ensure children have healthcare, food and shelter, as well as learning and child protection services when children need it most deliver innovative development programmes, and ensure children's voices are heard through our campaigning to build a better future for and with children.

Founded in 1950, Doctors with Africa CUAMM was the first non-governmental organization focused on healthcare to be recognized by the Italian government. It is now the country’s leading organization working to protect and improve the wellbeing and health of vulnerable communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Working with international and local partner teams, CUAMM provides medical aid and expertise in 8 African countries.

CUAMM also carries out capacity-building activities and conducts and disseminates scientific research with the end goal of ensuring that the fundamental human right to health can be enjoyed by everyone everywhere.

Medair is an international humanitarian organisation inspired by Christian faith to relieve human suffering in some of the world’s most remote and devastated places. Since 1989, we’ve been helping people in crisis – regardless of race, creed or nationality – to survive and recover with dignity. We employ experts in health and nutrition; shelter and infrastructure; water, sanitation, and hygiene. We provide cash assistance that enables families to meet their basic needs quickly during crises.
